Zesty Cheeseburger Soup

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef

1 med. chopped onion

1 1/2 cup cubed potatoes

1 1/2 cups water

1 can (15 oz.)drained corn

1 can (14 oz) cream style corn

1 can (11 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup

1 can (10 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies

2 cups half & half

salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

 

 

 

Instructions:

Cook beef, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder until meat is no longer pink; drain.

Add potatoes and water; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-20 min. or until potatoes are tender. Add the corn, soups and tomatoes; mix well.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in cream. Heat through but do not boil.

Yield: 14-16 servings (3 3/4 quarts)
